Dust free products with a complete filtration up to 100µm, production environment improver. Effective guarantee of activity of NDBC due to pre-dispersed masterbatch. Tack free products at room temperature, convenience and accuracy on ingredients. Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature (50ºC), higher quality of dispersion. Impurity free, blocked filter free of extrusive products, scrap rate reduction and higher productivity thanks to filtration. Wider compatibility with other elastomers.

Properties:rubber antioxidant NDBC mainly used for SBR,CR,CSPE(chlorosulfonated polyethylene) and other synthetic rubber to prevent checking sunlight and ozone and promote heat resistance of CR and CSPE.It is a light stabilizer and  anti-ozone agent for polymers in plastic industry.It is a stabilizer for polypropylene fibers, thin films and narrow-band but leads to a yellowish-green appearance of the product.
Binder type can be customized.Except EPDM/EVM,other binders,such as NBR,SBR,AR,ECO also can be available for.

Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
